My goal is simple:

Story

I am a pastor, missional strategist, speaker, and advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping churches, organizations, and leaders engage faithfully and strategically in God’s mission.

My work sits at the intersection of theology, leadership, missions, and mobilization. I help churches and ministry organizations move from a general commitment to missions toward a practical, sustainable culture of participation—equipping leaders, developing strategies, building partnerships, and mobilizing people for cross-cultural engagement.

Over the years, I have served in local church and parachurch contexts across multiple continents, preaching and teaching in diverse cultural settings, developing leaders, facilitating partnerships, and helping organizations translate mission vision into action.

Today, I serve independently as an itinerant speaker, missional strategist, and advisor, working with pastors, churches, mission organizations, and Christian leaders on questions of mission strategy, mobilization, leadership development, and the role of the local church in God’s mission.

My approach to leadership is deeply rooted in servant leadership. I believe leadership is ultimately about stewardship: serving people well, developing others, creating healthy organizations, and helping the people of God discover where they fit in God’s purposes.

   • Led and facilitated the church’s support of mission projects, personnel, and ministry partners around the world

   • Assessed ministry structures, identified opportunities for improvement, and implemented strategic changes
   • Managed staff, volunteers, projects, and ministry operations
   • Recruited, trained, and developed ministry staff and volunteers

   Served as Associate Pastor in Athens, providing pastoral leadership, preaching and teaching, counseling, discipleship, and leadership development within a cross-cultural congregation.

   Served as AMID World Mission’s lead liaison and mission strategist for Southern Europe, developing partnerships and initiatives designed to equip churches and Christian leaders for mission engagement in Greece and throughout the region.

   Areas of leadership included:

   • Served as lead liaison and mission strategist for AMID World Mission throughout Southern Europe
   • Developed strategic relationships with local churches, nonprofits, and ministry leaders
   • Consulted with ministry partners on training, leadership development, and organizational initiatives
   • Designed and implemented research projects examining religious and social trends in Greece
   • Founded Pray for Greece, mobilizing Christians to pray, learn, and engage with God’s mission in Greece

   Partnered with Hellenic Ministries on large-scale national outreach initiatives designed to engage communities throughout Greece and mobilize Christian leaders for Gospel-centered outreach.

   • Developed relationships with entrepreneurs, creatives, and professional athletes and provided personal coaching
   • Served as a keynote speaker at events ranging from 10 to 1,000 participants

   Founded and launched AMID World Mission Londrina, establishing the organization and developing its initial leadership, operational, and community-development infrastructure.
